Screws

We supply all bin and pallet related screws that are yellow zinc plated. The screws used for securing bin-corners are shaft re-inforced to prevent head dismount during use.

Steel Corners

For longer durability, we use the thicker 1.2mm galvanized steel in the assembly of our re-usable bulk fruit bin corners. Slit steel are used and holes are extruded to protect the screw head. Corners are purpose made for the different bin uses:

• 85 x 85 x 705 – 20 holes (Bulk Fruit bins)
• 70 x 70 x 725 – 28 holes (Export bins)

Entkiste Strapping

Entkiste are lightweight by design. To combine this with rigidity and a longer lifespan, a thin metal galvanized strip is used. Each strip is placed alongside the headboards of the kissie to secure all components together.

Dimensions are:

• 13mm x 0.5mm x 260m (per role)

Pozi Bits

As each Standard bulk bin contains a minimum of 80 screws, a replaceable tip for the screwdrivers is necessary to reduce cost. This tip is called a pozi bit. The bit commonly used for bin screws is a pozi-3 drive.

The brand name on your bin is also critical in managing your stock. We supply you with a thin (0.9mm), durable stainless steel plate in the standard font of your choice.
